1 Scope
This standard specifies product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of solid monoammonium phosphate (MAP) and diammonium phosphate (DAP) fertilizers.
This standard is applicable to solid monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate fertilizers made with various technologies.
2 Normative Reference
The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated reference, subsequent amendments (excluding amending error in the text) to, or revisions of, any of these publications do not be applied. However, the parties whose enter into agreement according to these specifications are encouraged to research whether the latest editions of these references are applied or not. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document is applicable to this standard.
GB/T 6679 General Rules for Sampling of Solid Chemical Products
GB/T 8170-2008 Rules of Rounding off for Numerical Values & Expression and Judgement of Limiting Values
GB 8569 Packing of Solid Chemical Fertilizers
GB/T 10209.1 Determination of monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phoshpate - Part 1: Total nitrogen content
GB/T 10209.2 Determination of monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phoshpate - Part 2: Phosphorus content
GB/T 10209.3 Determination of monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phoshpate - Part3: Watercontent
GB/T 10209.4 Determination of monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phoshpate - Part 4: Grain size
GB 18382 Fertilizer Marking - Presentation and Declaration
3 Poduct Cassification
Monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate products are divided into grain type and powder type by appearance; and two categories by production technology:
3.1 Slurry concentration process monoammonium phosphate/diammonium phosphate: monoammonium phosphate/diammonium phosphate made from medium- and low-grade phosphate rocks with higher magnesium, ferrum and aluminium contents through slurry concentration process.
3.2 Traditional process monoammonium phosphate/diammonium phosphate: monoammonium phosphate/diammonium phosphate made through non slurry concentration process.
