1 Subject Content and Application Scope
This standard specifies the minimum characteristic requirements and inspection methods for bitumen solidified waste in low-and intermediate-level radioactive wastes (hereinafter referred to as bitumen solidified waste).
This standard is applicable to the bitumen solidified waste disposed near surface; With regard to the bitumen solidified waste disposed in rock cavities, this standard may apply as a reference.

3 Radioactive Specific Activity Limit of Bitumen Solidified Waste
Radioactive specific activity of bitumen solidified waste must meet the relevant regulations and requirements of GB 9132 and GB 9133.
4 Performance Requirements
Performance of bitumen solidified waste must meet the relevant regulations and requirements of GB 9132, GB 11806 and GB 13600.
4.1 Unevenness
Unevenness of waste distributed in bitumen solidified waste shall not be greater than 2º.
4.2 Water ratio
Water ratio of concentrated liquid waste bitumen solidified waste shall not be greater than 1% of weight of solidified waste.
Water ratio of spent resin bitumen solidified waste shall not be greater than 3% of weight of solidified waste.
4.3 Waste capacity
Waste capacity in bitumen solidified waste shall not be greater than 50% of weight of solidified waste.
4.4 Softening point
Softening point of bitumen solidified waste shall not be less than 55 C.
4.5 Water resistance
4.5.1 Leachability resistance
When bitumen solidified waste sample is leached from 25℃ deionized water, leaching rate limit of 42d nuclide shall be respectively:
