1.1 Subject content This standard specifies the maximum allowable emission concentration of cooking unit fume and the minimum removal efficiency of fume purification facilities. 1.2 Application scope 1.2.1 This standard is applicable to the urban built up area. 1.2.2 This standard is applicable to the fume emission management of existing cooking unit, as well as the design, environmental impact assessment, environment protection facilities completion acceptance, and fume emission management during the operation period of cooking unit; the fume emission of staff canteen in the food processing organizations and non-operating organizations shall be implemented in accordance with this standard. 1.2.3 This standard is not applicable to the household fume emission.
