1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements to be achieved for developing breakfast operating activities as well as the specific requirements for breakfast store, breakfast kiosk, breakfast cart, breakfast products logistics supplier, food and beverage supplier, etc.
This standard is applicable to breakfast store, breakfast kiosk, breakfast cart, breakfast products logistics supplier, and food and beverage supplier.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following term and definition are applicable to this standard.
3.1 Breakfast store
Breakfast business network point, having fixed business location, field processing and manufacturing, or adopting unified distribution mode to supply breakfast food, and providing consumption facilities such as dining location and catering tools.
3.2 Breakfast kiosk
Catering business network point, existing with kiosk type, having relatively constant placement, and selling food in breakfast business time.
3.3 Breakfast cart
Catering business network point where the cart (box) body may be moved and food is sold only in breakfast business time.
3.4 Breakfast products logistics supplier
Enterprise, established by law and engaged in sale service of breakfast food in such manners as concentrated production or consigned processing, unified distribution and interlock operation. The enterprise shall have unified processing and distribution center and sell mainly relying on breakfast business network points (breakfast store, breakfast kiosk and breakfast cart).
3.5 Food and beverage supplier
Food enterprise that produces and processes the products for the selection of breakfast products logistics suppliers, or concentrates to produce and process their designated breakfast varieties by receiving the entrustment of breakfast products logistics suppliers and according to the orders.
