1.1 Subject Content
This standard specifies general requirements on hazardous waste storage and requirements on hazardous waste packaging, as well as location, design, operation, safety protection, monitoring, closedown, etc.
1.2 Application Scope
This Standard is applicable to pollution control and supervisory management on storage of all hazardous wastes (except tailing), and may be applied by hazardous waste producers, operators and supervisors.
