3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 17895, GB/T 13005 and GB/T 34510 as well as the following apply.
3.1
refuelling device
component connected to a gas (liquid) refuelling gun or a gas (liquid) return gun during gas (liquid) refuelling
4 Installation requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The gas system of CNG vehicles shall meet the requirements of Clause 4 of QC/T 245-2017, the gas system of LPG vehicles shall meet the requirements of Clause 4 of QC/T 247-2017, and the gas system of LNG vehicles shall meet the requirements of Clause 5 of QC/T 755-2020.
4.1.2 The installation of the gas system of gas vehicles shall meet the requirements of the vehicle design documents, and shall be assembled according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures.
4.1.3 The installation of the gas system of gas vehicles shall meet the requirements for the strength and stiffness of the vehicle bearing parts and other relevant vehicle safety components. The installation method that reduces the strength and stiffness of the vehicle bearing parts shall not be adopted, and the gas system shall not be used as a bearing part.
4.1.4 The gas vehicle shall be marked at a prominent position with a mark meeting the requirements of GB/T 17676.
4.1.5 The gas system of gas vehicles shall meet the following requirements after installation:
——The cylinder shall be free of deformation and wear;
——Each component shall be provided with anti-loosening measures, and shall not be loose or fall off;
——There shall be no leakage after the system is tested according to the method specified in 5.1. When the LNG gas system is tested, cold test shall be conducted first;
——Each component of the gas system shall not be set within 100mm from the exhaust pipe, exhaust after-treatment box and other heat sources. If the distance between the relevant components and the heat source is between 100mm~200mm, a fixed and reliable thermal insulation device shall be set.
