This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation and test methods of three-phase distribution transformers.
This standard is applicable to three-phase, oil-immersed distribution transformers with 10 kV voltage grade, off-circuit-tap-changing, rated capacity of 30 kVA to 1600 kVA, and dry-type distribution transformer with rated capacity of 30 kVA to 2500 kVA.
This standard is not applicable to inflatable transformers.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation and test methods of three-phase distribution transformers.
