Limits and targets of fuel consumption for light-duty commercial vehicles
This document specifies the limits for fuel consumption of light commercial vehicles, the calculation methods and evaluation indicators for corporate average fuel consumption, conformity of production requirements, certification extensions, and implementation dates. This document applies to all N1 category vehicles with a maximum design speed greater than or equal to 50 km/h and M2 category vehicles with a maximum design total mass not exceeding 3500 kg, including vehicles that can run on gasoline or diesel fuel, pure electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and vehicles that run on gas and alcohol ether fuels.
This document does not apply to specialized vehicles for operations.
