GB 19578-2021 Fuel consumption limits for passenger cars English Fuel consumption limits for passenger cars 1 Scope This document specifies the limits of fuel consumption for passenger cars, application for type certification, determination of fuel consumption, determination and record of type certification value, production conformity, modification and certification extension and implementation date. This document is applicable to M1 vehicles which can be fueled with gasoline or diesel fuel and whose maximum mass does not exceed 3,500 kg. This document does not apply to vehicles burning only gas fuel or alcohol ether fuel. 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document.
