This part of GB3836 specifies the requirements for the construction and testing of oil- immersed electrical apparatus, oil-immersed parts of electrical apparatus and Ex components in the type of protection "o". intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of gas, vapor and mist.
This part is applicable to electrical equipment unable to be ignited and thereof components; electrical equipment shall meet the provisions of GB 3836.8 except for those meeting GB 3836.4.
Note: This standard assumes that the electrical apparatus immersed in the protective liquid is fixed in its operating position in accordance with the installation instructions.
