This standard is the limit proposed for mine hoists and mine winders from physical property and preset application aspects. The specified safety requirements are applicable to the danger generated in each stage within the machine life specified in 3.11 of GB/T 15706.1-1995.
This standard is applicable to non-explosion-proof and explosion-proof friction mine hoist with electric or hydraulic trailing, winding mine hoist, disc brake mine winder and block brake mine winder (hereinafter referred to as hoists and winders).
This standard is not applicable to belt brake mine winder.
