1.0.1 This code was formulated with a view to strengthening the quality management of construction engineering, unifying the quality acceptance of underground waterproof projects and guaranteeing the project quality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the acceptance of construction quality of such underground waterproof projects as building constructions, protection projects, municipal tunnels and underground railways.
1.0.3 The new technologies adopted in the underground waterproof projects must pass the appraisal and evaluation of scientific and technical achievement assessment or the appraisal of new products and new technologies. Before applying the new technology, the new or firstly-adopted construction process shall be evaluated, and the corresponding technical standards shall be formulated.
1.0.4 The construction of underground waterproof projects shall meet current provisions of the State on safety and labor protection and environmental protection.
1.0.5 In addition to this code, the acceptance of construction quality of underground waterproof projects still shall be in accordance with those specified in the current relevant standards of the State.
