1.0.1 This code was formulated with a view to adapting to the need of modern urban construction and information development, giving an overall consideration to the positions of communication conduit and passage in urban underground space, coordinating their relationship with other project pipelines in city and providing reference for the planning and management of communication conduit and passage.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design of urban newly-built underground communication conduit and passage engineering.
1.0.3 Construction of communication conduit and passage shall be carried out according to the common principles of unified construction.
1.0.4 According to the features of communication conduit construction, communication conduit shall be constructed in advance to make the project form into reproducibility and produce economic benefit as early as possible.
1.0.5 Design of communication conduit and passage engineering must be adopted with the approved products that meet the relevant technical standards of the State. Tubes and pipes without certification of the relevant product quality supervision and inspection organization of the State shall not be used in engineering.
1.0.6 Construction of communication conduit and passage shall not only implement this code, but also shall meet those stated in current related national standards and codes.
