This standard specifies the measuring conditions and measuring methods for the mass (weight) parameter of motor vehicle.
This standard is applicable to all kinds of motor vehicles. The semi-trailer train may also refer to it.

3 Measuring Conditions
3.1 Measuring equipment
The load gauge of weighbridge or wheel, its accuracy is 0.5%.
a The weighting platform area shall be able to accommodate the whole axle of the measured motor vehicle, the weighting platform's exit and entrance ground shall be kept on an even keel with the table-board, when using the weighbridge
b Made sure the upper planes of each wheel load gauge are in the same plane when using the wheel load gauge.
3.2 The measured vehicle must be clean.
3.3 Generally, the empty vehicle and the full-load vehicle need to be measured, if there is special regulations.
3.4 The vehicle shall be stopped, the engine shall be died, the transmission shall be put in neutral and the brake shall be loosen when the vehicle is measured.
3.5 The rest measuring conditions is detailed in the requirements of GB/T 12534 "Motor Vehicles-General Rules of Road Test Method".

3.1 Measuring equipment
