1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of tyred mining truck for underground mines.
This standard is applicable to tyred mining truck for underground mines that transport materials or ores in underground metal and non-metal mines, tunnels, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 18577.1-2008 and the following apply.

tyred mining truck for underground mines
tyred self-propelled machinery for underground transport and dumping of materials or ores
3.2
raising time
time required for the truck body to be raised to its maximum raising angle under full load
3.3
lowering time
time required for the truck body to be lowered to the position on the frame after unloading the materials
3.4
maximum tractive force
maximum adhesion that occurs between the tyre and the ground when the tyre is slipping under rated load
3.5
maximum travel speeds
maximum speed that can be reached by the truck when being driven forward and backward on a hard horizontal road under no load
3.6
maximum gradeability
ability of the truck to overcome the maximum slope on a favorable pavement at its first gear under full load
3.7
volumetric rating
rated volume of the truck body, which is the sum of the struck volume and the top volume
3.8
rated payload
rated load that the truck can carry as stated by the manufacturer
3.9
operating weight
wight of an empty truck with standard configuration, a 75kg driver, fuel tank full of fuel, and lubrication system, hydraulic system and cooling system loaded to the weight as stated by the manufacturer

loading height

distance between the ground reference plane (GRP) and the highest point on the loading side in the Z-axis direction under no load

maximum height
