GB/T 18979-2003 Determination aflatoxins content in food - Cleanuup by immunoaffinity chromatogaphy and determination by high - Performance liquid chromatigraphy and fluorometer (English Version)
Determination aflatoxins content in food - Cleanuup by immunoaffinity chromatogaphy and determination by high - Performance liquid chromatigraphy and fluorometer
This standard specifies the conditions and detailed analysis procedures of determining aflatoxins content in food cleaned by immunoaffinity chromatography and determined by high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorometer.
This standard is applicable to determination of aflatoxins content in corn, peanut and their products (peanut butter and peanut kernel), rice, wheat, vegetable fat, soya sauce and vinegar etc..
Detection limit of aflatoxins content in the sample: detection limit for aflatoxin B1 and the total amount of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 is 1 μg/kg. Detection limit for the total amount of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 cleaned by immunoaffinity chromatography and determined by fluorometer is 1 μg/kg, and that in the soya sauce sample is 2.5 μg/kg.
