1 Scope
This standard specifies the definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, installation, mark, label and package of the vehicle traveling data recorder (hereinafter referred to as "recorder").
This standard is applicable to the vehicle traveling recording device which records, stores, displays, prints and outputs the relevant vehicle traveling state information.
