1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods to calculate the recyclability and recoverability of new road vehicles and the recyclable and recoverable spare parts and materials in various phases that shall be considered during calculation.

3 Terminologies and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terminologies and definitions defined in GB/T 26989 and GB/T 3730.2 and the following ones apply.
3.1
Vehicle mass
The mass of vehicle in running state, excluding driver, passenger and goods, but including the fuel tank, the fuel accounting for 90% of total volume of fuel tank and the accompanied tools and spare tyre (if these are provided by vehicle manufacturer as standard outfit).
Note: It is equivalent to the complete vehicle kerb mass specified in GB/T 3730.2.

Proven technology of automobile material
Existing recyclability technology of automobile materials reaching the scale of batch or trial production or being feasible in laboratory.

For the purposes of this document, the terminologies and definitions defined in GB/T 26989 and GB/T 3730.2 and the following ones apply.
