1 Scope
This standard specifies GC-MS method for determination of 475 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendix A) residues in barley, wheat, oats, rice and corn.
This standard is applicable to determination of 475 pesticides and related chemicals residues in barley, wheat, oats, rice and corn.
Method detection limit of this standard is 0.0025mg/kg~0.8000mg/kg (see Appendix A).

3 Principles
Extract the specimen with acetonitrile in accelerated solvent extractor, elute pesticides and related chemicals with acetonitrile + toluene (3+1) after the extract is purified through solid-phase extraction column, and detect them with GC-MS.
4 Reagents and Materials
4.1 Acetonitrile: chromatographically pure.
4.2 Infusorial earth: guaranteed reagent (GR).
4.3 Anhydrous sodium sulfate: analytical reagent. Prior to use, burn it at 650℃ for 4h, store it in dryer and cool it for standby.
4.4 Toluene: GR.
