1 Scope
This standard specifies technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage, transportation, marking and quality certificate of ferrosilicon.
This standard is applicable to ferrosilicon usually supplied as deoxidizer or alloy element introducer and magnesium metal for steelmaking and foundry use.
