1 Scope
This standard specifies the LC-MS-MS method for the determination of cefazolin, cephapirin, cephalexin, cefalonium, cefquinome residues in honey.
This standard is applicable to the determination of cefazolin, cephapirin, cephalexin, cefalonium, cefquinome residues in honey.
The method detection limit of this standard: cefazolin is 10 μg/kg; cephapirin, cephalexin, cefalonium, cefquinome are 2.0 μg/kg.

3 Principle
The residues of the five cephalosporins in the specimen are first extracted with sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution and purified with a solid phase extraction column, and then determined by liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer, and quantified by external standard method.
