Determination of amoxicillin ampicillin piperacillin penicillin G penicillin V oxacillin cloxacillin nafcillin dicloxacillin residues in milk and milk powder - LC-MS-MS method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the LC-MS-MS method for the determination of amoxicillin, ampicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V, oxacillin, cloxacillin, nafcillin, and dicloxacillin residues in milk and milk powder.
This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of amoxicillin, ampicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V, oxacillin, cloxacillin, nafcillin, and dicloxacillin residues in milk and milk powder.
The method detection limits specified in this standard are as follows: in milk, 1μg/kg for ampicillin and nafcillin, 2μg/kg for amoxicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V and cloxacillin, and 4μg/kg for oxacillin and dicloxacillin; in milk powder, 8μg/kg for ampicillin and nafcillin, 16μg/kg for amoxicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V and cloxacillin, and 32μg/kg for oxacillin and dicloxacillin.
