1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of six polyether antibiotics residues in milk and milk powder through LC-MS-MS method.
This standard is applicable to the determination of lasalocid, monensin, nigericin, salinomycin, narasin and madubamycin ammonium residues in liquid milk (including raw milk, pure milk and skimmed milk) and milk powder (including pure milk powder, skimmed milk powder and baby formula milk powder).
Method detection limit of this standard: the detection limits of lasalocid, monensin, nigericin, salinomycin, narasin and madubamycin ammonium in milk are 0.2μg/L, and the detection limits in milk powder are l.6μg/kg.
