1. Scope
This Standard specifies the general technical requirements of electric power fittings (hereinafter referred to as "fittings") on designing, manufacturing and installing aspects for overhead power line, substation and distribution equipment of power station.
This Standard is applicable to fittings for overhead power line, substation and distribution equipment of power station with rated voltage of above 35kV. Fittings for serious corrosive/filthy environment, high-altitude areas and cold areas shall also meet relevant provisions of other relevant standards.
2. Normative references
The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this Standard. For dated reference, subsequent amendments (excluding amending error in the Standard) to, or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, the parties whose enter into agreement according to these specifications are encouraged to research whether the latest editions of these references are applied or not. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document is applicable to this Standard.
