Performance test methods for fuel cell system
1 Scope
This document specifies the test methods for fuel cell system such as normal temperature starting characteristics, low temperature cold starting characteristics, steady-state characteristics, dynamic response characteristics, dynamic average efficiency, high temperature operation test, airtightness test, insulation resistance test, mass and power density test.
This document is applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cell system for vehicles.

5 Test conditions
5.1 Requirements for fuel cell system
The fuel cell system shall meet the following requirements:
——the configuration structure and technical parameters of the fuel cell system as delivered from the factory shall be maintained;
——all sub-systems of the fuel cell system shall be complete; and
——the fuel cell system shall have a reliable safety guarantee system.
