This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure of standardization documents and drafting rules".
This document replaces GB/T 25977-2010 "snow removal vehicle". Compared with GB/T 25977-2010, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
--Changed some of the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2010 version);
--deleted the snow melting deflection angle terms and definitions (see 2010 version of 3.3, 3.7);
--Added the terms and definitions of snow removal vehicle, spreading, operating width (see 3.1, 3.4, 3.19);
--Added requirements related to surface quality, coating and chemical treatment layers (see 4.2.2);
--Changed the welding quality of snow removal vehicles to implement the standard requirements (see 4.2.3, 2010 version of 4.2.4);
--Added the requirements of the water system (see 4.2.5);
--Added the requirements of electric switches and lights (see 4.2.7);
--Changed the requirements for signage (see 4.2.8, 2010 version of 4.2.7);
--Deleted gas system requirements for gas-fueled snow removal vehicles (see 4.2.11 of the 2010 edition);

--deleted the snow removal vehicle lighting and light signal device, side and rear lower protection provisions (see 2010 version of 4.3.2, 4.3.3); --Changed the snow removal vehicle with night operation lighting appropriate, the installation of operational status indicator requirements ( See 4.3.3, 2010 version of 4.2.10);
--Added the snow removal vehicle to install operating warning lights or pole requirements (see 4.3.4);

1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements of the snow removal vehicle, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions, accompanying documents, transportation and storage. This document applies to the design, manufacture, inspection and use of snow removal vehicles and snow removal trailers that have been modified on the basis of the finalized vehicle and two types of chassis. The use of other chassis modified snow removal vehicle reference implementation.

4.1 General rules
4.1.1 Snow removal vehicle shall be manufactured in accordance with the technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and shall comply with the provisions of this document.
5 Test methods
5.1 Basic performance test
Snow removal vehicle test conditions and preparation should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 12534, the basic performance test according to the provisions of QC/T 252. Snow removal vehicle equipped with sub-engine, should be used in accordance with the provisions of the manual for its break-in.
5.2 Special function test
7 Signs, instructions for use
7.1 Sign
Snow removal vehicle should be fixed in obvious parts of the product sign, the sign of the fixed position and type should be consistent with GB/T18411, the content of the sign should be consistent with the provisions of GB 7258.
