Specification for test of microgrid connected to distribution network
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test conditions, test items and test methods for grid-connection test of microgrids.
This standard is applicable to the grid-connection test of newly built, expanded and reconstructed grid-connected microgrids connected to distribution networks through voltage classes of 35 kV and below.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
point of microgrid interconnection
electrical-connected point between microgrid and distribution network
3.2
interchange power between microgrid and distribution network
power exchange between microgrid and distribution network, which includes active interchange power and reactive interchange power.
3.3
anti-islanding protection of microgrid
protection that acts on the grid connected switch of the microgrid to trip when a power outage occurs due to faults, maintenance, or other reasons in the public grid connected to the microgrid
4 Basic provisions
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Newly built, expanded and reconstructed microgrids connected to distribution networks with voltage classes of 35kV and below shall be tested for grid connection in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
4.1.2 After the microgrid is installed and debugged, the grid-connection test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
4.1.3 The grid-connection test shall be undertaken by testing organizations with corresponding qualifications or approved by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
4.1.4 The grid-connection test shall be carried out in accordance with relevant safety regulations and test procedures, and corresponding safety precautions shall be taken.
4.1.5 Instruments and equipment for grid-connection test should not be connected with test power supply from the tested object.
4.1.6 During the grid-connection test, operations unrelated to the test should not be carried out on the line where the point of microgrid interconnection is located or the substation it is connected to.
4.1.7 During the grid-connection test, the test shall be stopped in case of weather deterioration (such as wind above force 5, rainstorm, lightning, etc.).
4.1.8 During the grid-connection test, the test shall be stopped in case of any abnormal situation in the distribution network or an emergency that directly endangers the safety of people, equipment and power grid.
