1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements of 24° cone connectors, e.g. materials, pressure-temperature requirements, marking method, requirements for connected pipe, dimensions and tolerances of wrench, structure and fabrication, performance and test requirements, installation instructions, purchasing information and sign, etc..
This standard is applicable to the pipeline system for hydraulic fluid power and general use, with pipe outside diameter of 4 mm~42 mm and maximum working pressure of 10 MPa~63 MPa.
Note 1: In the newly-designed hydraulic fluid power system, Type F thread stud end shall be adopted.
