Urban heating - Steel jacket prefabricated directly buried pipes and fittings with vacuum insulating layers
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structure, materials and properties, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation, and storage of steel jacket prefabricated directly buried pipes and fittings with vacuum insulating layers.
This standard is applicable to the steel jacket prefabricated directly buried pipes and fittings with vacuum insulating layers with working pressure of heating medium less than or equal to 2.5 MPa and the design temperature less than or equal to 350°C (steam) or design temperature less than or equal to 200°C (hot water) (hereinafter referred to as “thermal insulation pipes and fittings") .

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 inside sliding support
pipe support which makes the working steel pipe and the steel jacket have relative axial and lateral displacement in the thermal insulation pipe
3.2 inside guiding support
pipe support which makes the working steel pipe and the steel jacket have relative axial displacement in the thermal insulation pipe
3.3 vacuum layer
air layer with a certain degree of vacuum, which is sealed between the outer surface of the insulation material layer and the inner surface of the steel jacket
3.4 inside fixed support
pipeline fittings that prevent relative displacement between working steel pipe and steel jacket
3.5 outside fixed support
pipeline fittings that prevent relative displacement between steel jacket and fixed pier
3.6 inside and outside fixed support
pipeline fittings that prevent relative displacement among working steel pipe, steel jacket and fixed pier
