Entertainment robots - Safety requirements and testing methods 1 Scope This document specifies the general principles for safety design, hazard identification and risk assessment, safety requirements, test conditions and requirements, test methods and safety markings, labellings and instructions for entertainment robots. This document is applicable to the design, production, testing and maintenance of entertainment robots. Note 2: Entertainment robots are divided into toy robots, multimedia social robots and other entertainment robots. 4 General principles for safety design The safety design of entertainment robots (hereinafter referred to as "robots") ensures the predetermined risk reduction from intrinsic safety design, safety protection and supplementary protection measures, use information and other aspects, and selects the applicable principles in GB/T 38244-2019, 4.2.1 to 4.2.4, according to the robot structure and application scenarios.
