GB/T 700 carbon structural steel GB/T 1184-1996 shape and position tolerances without tolerance values GB/T 1220 stainless steel bar GB/T 1348 ductile iron parts GB/T 18002-2020 Product geometric specifications (GPS) linear dimensional tolerances ISO code system Part 2 standard tolerance zone code and limit deviation table for holes and shafts GB/T 1804-2000 General tolerances for linear and angular dimensions without noted tolerances GB/T 3077 alloy structural steel GB/T 3098.1-2010 fastener mechanical properties bolts, nails and studs GB/T 6414-2017 castings dimensional tolerances geometric tolerances and machining allowances GB/T 7233.1-2009 ultrasonic testing of cast steel parts Part 1: general purpose cast steel parts GB/T 8263 anti-wear white cast iron parts GB/T 11351-2017 Casting weight tolerances GB/T 11352 general engineering casting carbon steel parts GB/T 13306 Signage GB/T 18149 centrifugal pump, mixed-flow pump and axial flow pump hydraulic performance test specification precision grade GB/T 19418-2003 steel arc welding joints defect quality classification guide JB/T 8467-2014 Ultrasonic testing of forged steel parts 3 Terminology and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 4 Type and structure 4.1 Type Mud pump has a single shell mud pump and double shell mud pump two types 4.2 Model See Figure 1 for the preparation rules of mud pump product model. 4.3 Structure 4.3.1 Single-shell mud pump The typical structure of single-shell mud pump is shown in Figure 2. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The flow and head of the mud pump should be determined according to the capacity, displacement distance and nominal productivity of the dredger it is mounted on. 5.1.2 The actual head deviation of the design flow point corresponding to the design speed should be 0%~3% of the design value. 5.1.3 The actual measured efficiency of the design flow point of the mud system shall meet the requirements of Appendix A. 5.1.4 The necessary cavitation margin of the first stage mud pump of the dredger without submerged mud pump at the design flow point shall be no more than 4m. 5.1.5 The impeller should be a closed impeller. 5.1.6 The number of impeller blades should be 3~5. 5.1.7 The impeller and pump shaft should be connected with 2~4 trapezoidal threads. 5.1.8 The outlet diameter of the mud pump is 65%~100% of the suction diameter of the mud pump. 5.1.9 A balanced water chamber should be set between the inner and outer pump casing of the double shell mud pump. 6 Test method 6.1 General requirements 6.1.1 Use the method specified in GB/T 18149 for mud pump hydraulic performance test. 6.1.2 Use the method of checking the design information to check the mud pump design calculation, internal structure and configuration. 6.1.3 Use the method of visual inspection to check the appearance of the mud pump structure and configuration. 6.1.4 Use the method of checking the size inspection records or on-site measurement to detect the diameter of the outlet of the mud pump, the radial distance between the inner and outer casing of the double-casing mud pump clearance, and the clearance between the impeller and the front and rear liner. 6.2 Material Check the material and mechanical properties of the parts using the method of inspection test reports 6.3 Casting, forging and welding 6.3.1 Use visual inspection method to check the appearance quality of castings. 6.3.2 Use the method of comparing standard sample blocks to detect the surface roughness of mud pump castings. 63.3 Use to measure the accuracy of 1kg of electronic lifting scales weighing the weight of the castings to check 6.3.4 Use to check the non-destructive testing report method for mud pump castings, forgings, weld quality inspection 6.4 shape, location and size tolerances 6.4.1 Unannotated shape, position tolerance using the measurement accuracy of 0.02mm / m level meter and measurement accuracy of 0.01mm percentage table to measure the shape of the workpiece, position tolerance method for testing. 7 inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification Mud pump inspection is divided into type inspection, factory inspection and actual ship inspection 7.2 Type inspection 7.2.1 Inspection timing One of the following conditions, the mud pump should be type inspection. New product trial or transfer production. Design, process, materials have affected the product performance changes. The ordering party and the manufacturer agreed or contractual agreement. The relevant state quality supervision and inspection departments to request 7.2.2 Inspection items Mud pump type inspection items according to Table 3. 8 logo, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Mud pump should be set up product labeling. The type, size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306 8.1.2 Casting parts should be set up permanently traceable logo. 8.1.3 Mud pump label should be marked with the following content a) the name of the manufacturer b model. C) the date of manufacture and manufacturing number, indicated as follows. 1) Date of manufacture: X year X month X day. 2) manufacturing number: as specified by the manufacturer. Technical parameters, units and symbols, expressed as follows: d 1 rated speed: unit is revolutions per minute (r/min). 2 rated shaft power unit is kilowatt (kW). 3 mass: unit is kilogram (kg). e) Product information two-dimensional code (if any), two-dimensional code should contain the above information and factory date. 8.2 Packaging and transportation 8.2.1 The suction port and outlet of the mud pump should be sealed, and the oil inlet and outlet holes and exposed processing surface should be effectively protected. 8.2.2 Each mud pump should be configured to meet the base for transportation and storage, and marked with lifting points. Appendix A (normative) mud pump efficiency curve A.1 The design point efficiency of mud pump shall be no less than the value of the intersection of the vertical axis and the flow-efficiency curve starting from the design point flow in Figure A1.
