1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, test principle, test devices, specimen and installation, test method and test report of testing the thermal cycling and condensation resistance of curtain walls.
This document is applicable to laboratory test of thermal cycling and condensation resistance of curtain walls. The test objects are limited to the curtain wall specimen itself and its connections with the structure.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 34327 and the following apply.
3.1
thermal cycle
process of simulating the periodic changes of specific natural climate conditions on the outdoor side of the specimen
Note: The simulated conditions include air temperature and solar thermal illumination.
3.2
condensation
phenomenon of condensation water precipitation on the indoor side of the specimen after a certain period of time under outdoor low temperature and indoor constant temperature and humidity conditions

outdoor weather simulation device
building outdoor climate simulation device capable of realizing outdoor test conditions
Note: The devices include the insulation box, air circulation system, air temperature regulation device, infrared radiation heating device, etc.

indoor weather simulation device
building indoor temperature and humidity simulation device capable of realizing indoor test conditions
Note: The devices include the insulation box, air circulation system, temperature and humidity regulation device, etc.
3.5
indoor air temperature

curtain wall indoor side air temperature determined according to the engineering design requirements
4 General
4.1 The index values of air tightness and water tightness proposed by the test entrusting party shall meet the requirements of GB/T 31433. Air tightness and water tightness shall be tested according to GB/T 15227.
4.2 The thermal cycle and condensation test indexes shall be determined and provided by the entrusting party according to the climate of the project site, and the test indexes are as follows:
a) Indoor side indexes to be provided: indoor air temperature and indoor relative humidity;
b) Outdoor side indexes to be provided: maximum outdoor air temperature and minimum outdoor air temperature;
c) Optional outdoor side index: Maximum outdoor surface temperature.

4 General
4.1 The index values of air tightness and water tightness proposed by the test entrusting party shall meet the requirements of GB/T 31433. Air tightness and water tightness shall be tested according to GB/T 15227.
4.2 The thermal cycle and condensation test indexes shall be determined and provided by the entrusting party according to the climate of the project site, and the test indexes are as follows:
a) Indoor side indexes to be provided: indoor air temperature and indoor relative humidity;
