Foreword
This document is drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2020 Guidelines for Standardization, Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents.
This document replaces GB/T 4440-2008 Monkey Spanners. Compared with GB/T 4440-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
——Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
——Added product classification (see 4.2);
——The requirements for materials have been changed (see 5.1, 4.1 of Version 2008)
——Added 750 mm.9o0 mm products and related dimensions (see 5.2)
——Torque requirements have been changed (see 5.4, 4.3 of 2008 version);
——Surface quality requirements have been changed (see 5.7.4, 4.6.4 of 2008 version)
——The test method of materials is added (see 6.1);
——Changed the torque test method (see 6.4, 5.3 of 2008 version);
——Change the test method of small shoulder off seam (see 6.5.2, 3.4.2 of 2008 version);
——The test method for thickness of electrodeposited coating in surface treatment has been changed (see 5.5.1 of Version 6, 6, 608)
——The inspection rules have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of Version 2008).
ISO 6787:2018 Screw and Nut Assembly Tools Monkey Spanners is adopted for modification of this document.
Compared with ISO 67872018, this document has many structural adjustments. See Appendix A for the comparison list of structure number changes between the two documents.
This document and ISO 6787; Compared with 2018, there are many technical differences, which are marked with a vertical single line (|) in the blank space of the outer margin of the clauses involved. See Appendix B for a list of these technical differences and their causes.
The following editorial changes have been made to this document:;
——Change the document name to Monkey Wrench;
——References were deleted.
