1 Scope
This document specifies the overall requirements, functional and configuration requirements, service process and service requirements, service guarantee, etc. for battery swap service of commercial pure electric vehicles.
This document is applicable to battery swap services for pure electric vehicles that carry out commercial road passenger and freight transportation activities and have battery swap functions.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596, GB/T 29317, QC/T 1201 (all parts), QC/T 1204 (all parts) and the following apply.

battery swapping station
a place to provide battery swap service for electric vehicles

3.2
organization of battery swap service
organization that is equipped with the facilities, equipment and venues required for battery swapping of pure electric vehicles to meet the safety conditions for battery swap, and provides battery swap services
Note: Including road transport companies or third-party battery swap service companies with battery swap service capabilities.
4 General requirements
4.1 Planning and site selection of battery swap station
The planning and site selection of battery swap stations follow the following principles:
a) The planning and site selection of battery swap service stations of commercial pure electric vehicles should comprehensively consider factors such as operating scenarios, transportation needs, urban construction planning, road traffic planning, power grid planning, land planning and environmental protection;
b) The site selection, construction, power supply system, charging and battery swapping system of battery swap service stations of commercial pure electric vehicles shall meet relevant requirements of GB/T 29772;
c) The location of battery swap stations along highways, ports and transportation operation sites shall be combined with the driving routes of cargo loading and unloading operations and transshipment to reduce the redundant driving distance of vehicles caused by battery swapping;
d) The operation shall not have an impact on the surrounding environment, and the environmental noise of the battery swap station shall comply with 4.2 in GB 12348-2008;
e) On the premise of ensuring safety, the battery swap station should use surrounding public parking lots and other areas;
f) The battery swap station shall not affect the safety and efficiency of road traffic in the area or road section;
g) Battery swap stations should not be located in low-lying and places prone to water accumulation. When it cannot be avoided, water supply and drainage facilities and flood prevention and drainage facilities shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of 5.2.4 f).
