1 Scope
This standard specifies the performance test methods for fiber cement products.
This standard is applicable to performance tests of fiber cement products like fiber cement corrugated tile, fiber cement flat plate, fiber reinforced calcium silicate plate, fiber cement half-wave plate, fiber cement ridge tile and fiber cement pipe.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of the standard, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 16309 as well as those listed below apply.
3.1
Warm water performance
A competitive test for the aging performance of product through putting the product into warm water for long term.
3.2
Heat-rain performance
A test simulating the durability of product under rain-solarization cycle.
3.3
Soak-dry performance
A competitive test for the aging performance of product under sock-dry cycle.
3.4
Natural condition
Store the specimen in naturally ventilated room-temperature test room for 3d where the nominal thickness of plate is less than or equal to 20mm while for 7d where the nominal thickness of plate is greater than 20mm.
3.5
Wet condition
Soak the specimen in water with minimum temperature of 5℃ for 24h where the nominal thickness of plate is less than or equal to 20mm while for 48h where the nominal thickness of plate is greater than 20mm; take it out and then wipe away drift water with wet cloth.
3.6
Dry condition
Dry the specimen in the 105±5℃ dry box for 24h where the nominal thickness of plate is less than or equal to 20mm while for 48h where the nominal thickness of specimen is greater than 20mm; then take it out and cool to the room temperature.
