General revision description
This standard hook-up is prepared under organization of the National Chemical Automatic Control Design and Technology Center Station commissioned by the China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association according to the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission (Document FAGAIBANGONGYE [2004] No.872) and the China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association (Document ZHONGSHIHUAXIEKEFA [2004] No.155).
This standard hook-up replaces HG/T 21581-1995 Instrument hook-up from the implementation date hereof.
1 The main content of HG/T 21581-2012 Instrument hook-up
1.1 The Instrument hook-up (Volume I - Instrument engineering hook-up):
1 General revision description;
2 Instrument hook-up drawing symbol (HK00);
3 Hook-up drawing of flow measuring instruments (HK01);
4 Hook-up drawing of level measuring instruments (HK02);
5 Hook-up drawing of pressure/differential pressure measuring instruments (HK03);
6 Hook-up drawing of temperature measuring instruments (HK04);
7 Hook-up drawing of insulation and heat tracing for instruments and instrument piping (HK05).
1.2 The Instrument hook-up (Volume II - Instrument typical hook-up):
1 Hook-up drawing of standard throttling devices (HK101);
2 Hook-up drawing of field instruments and instrument boxes (panels and cabinets) (HK102);
3 Hook-up drawing of pneumatic control valve/on-off valve piping (HK103);
4 Hook-up drawing for analytical instrument systems (HK104);
5 Hook-up drawing of instrument cable conduit protection (HK105);
6 Hook-up drawing of instrument cable trays (HK106);
7 Hook-up drawing of integral connection for instruments (HK107);
8 Material library for instrument hook-up.
2 Revision points
On the basis of retaining the main content of the former hook-up drawing, following the basic format of the former hook-up drawing, keeping the Chinese-English bilingual text, being able to be as engineering drawing and other features of the hook-up drawing, HG/T 21581-2012 Instrument hook-up deletes the inappropriate instrument installation and connection methods and installation materials of the former hook-up drawing, adds some new and mature installation methods at home and abroad from the perspective of saving energy and meeting environmental protection requirements, recommends a batch of installation materials and instruments of new varieties and specifications, adjusts the structure and clause layout of the hook-up drawing with comprehensive consideration of the needs of national conditions and being in line with international standards in order to facilitate the use of it by instrument design and construction personnel. The main changes with respect to HG/T 21581-1995 Instrument hook-up are as follows:
2.1 The graphic symbols for instruments and equipment are visualized, and those for installation materials are serialized.
The graphics of transmitter, valve manifold, differential pressure flowmeter, heating (protection) box, etc. are designed to be more visualized, and the graphic symbols for various types of pipe fittings, valves and the like in the piping connection are drawn according to different connection methods.
