1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sodium methoxide methanol solution.
This standard is applicable to the sodium methoxide methanol solution prepared by dehydration after the reaction of methanol with sodium hydroxide, and it is also applicable to the sodium methoxide methanol solution generated from the reaction of methanol and sodium metal.

Relative molecular mass: 54.02 (as per the international relative atomic mass in 2007)
