1 Scope This standard specifies the types, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules and the requirements for marking, packaging and warranty period of YCJ series gear-deceleration three-phase induction motor (frame size 71~280) (hereinafter referred to as deceleration motor). This standard is applicable to the deceleration motors with frame size of 71~280, the motor power of which is 0.55 kW~15 kW, the output rotating speed is about 15r/min~600 r/min, the output torque of which is about 9N•m~3200 N•m. External toothing involute gear is adopted for deceleration motor, including single-grade, 2-grade and 3-grade decelerate motion which is capable of forward and reverse operation. Deceleration motors is the subseries of Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motor. It is made by coupling of driving motor (hereinafter referred to as motor) and gear deceleration unit. For the motors which constitute by the three-phase asynchronous motor of other series, may also be carried out by reference to this standard.
