1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is prepared to strengthen quality management of housing interior decoration, specify its quality acceptance and ensure the quality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to construction quality acceptance of new built housing interior decoration.
1.0.3 Construction quality acceptance of housing interior decoration shall not only meet those specified in this code but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Housing interior decoration
According to service purpose and environment of housing interior function area, utilize material technology means and visual arts to make the housing safe, healthy, with reasonable functions, looks beautiful so as to meet the spatial effect of persons for material and spiritual life.
2.0.2 Primary structure
Major structure or enclosing structure of buildings.
2.0.3 Base course
Surface course directly bearing decoration construction.
2.0.4 Clear distance of base course
Distance between base courses finished surfaces of housing interior walls.
2.0.5 Clear height of base course
Vertical distance from base course finished surface of floor and ground surface to that of floor system and ceiling.
2.0.6 Handing over acceptance
Quality inspection and handover for completed civil construction prior to interior decoration construction, .
2.0.7 Household acceptance
Household acceptance for use function and appearance quality of each housing function space prior to acceptance of unit decoration.
3 Basic Requirements
3.0.1 Construction of housing interior decoration shall meet the requirements of the current national standard GB 50327 Code for Construction of Decoration of Housings and quality acceptance shall meet the requirements of the current national standard GB 50210 Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration.
3.0.2 Materials used for housing interior decoration shall be accepted when entering into the site and shall meet the following requirements:
1 Materials shall be qualified upon the acceptance for the variety, specification, package, appearance and dimension and shall be reported in written form for acceptance;
2 The materials shall be provided with quality certificates and shall be brought into engineering technical files;
3 At least one group of sample for the same kind of material produced by the same manufacturer shall be re-inspected;
4 The detected sample shall be subjected to witness sampling; the detection unit shall be qualified.
3.0.3 Quality acceptance of housing interior decoration shall take the model house built with the same material and process prior to construction as reference.
3.0.4 In housing interior decoration, it is forbidden to arbitrarily dismantle and destroy load bearing wall and bearing steel bar or dismantle /change supporting facilities of plumbing, heating, electricity, fuel gas and communication.
3.0.5 In quality acceptance of housing interior decoration, handing-over inspection records prior to construction shall be provided and the requirements of Appendix A and Appendix B of this code shall be followed.
3.0.6 Quality acceptance of housing interior decoration shall be subjected to household acceptance.
3.0.7 Household acceptance shall be carried out after decoration.
3.0.8 Household acceptance of housing interior decoration quality shall meet the following requirements:
1 100% inspection shall be carried out for each project of household housing interior decoration and classification of works shall meet those specified in Appendix C of this code;
2 Dominant items of works inspection shall be fully in conformity with those specified in this code;
3 Above 80% of works inspection points shall meet general item of this code and the inspection points beyond the requirement shall not have defects influencing the functions of use or decorative effect and maximum deviation in permissible variation project shall not exceed 1.5 times the allowable deviation specified in this code;
4 Each work of housing interior household acceptance shall be qualified and shall be provided with a complete quality acceptance record.
3.0.9 Household acceptance shall cover the following documents and records:
1 Construction drawing and design specification;
2 Product certificate, performance test report, site acceptance record and reinspection report of materials;
3 Acceptance record of concealed work;
4 Construction record.

3.0.6 Quality acceptance of housing interior decoration shall be subjected to household acceptance.
3.0.7 Household acceptance shall be carried out after decoration.
3.0.8 Household acceptance of housing interior decoration quality shall meet the following requirements:
1 100% inspection shall be carried out for each project of household housing interior decoration and classification of works shall meet those specified in Appendix C of this code;
