1.0.1 This code is developed in order to strengthen the construction engineering quality management, guarantee engineering quality as well as unify acceptance of construction quality of building ground.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the acceptance of construction quality of building ground (including outdoor apron, open channel, foot steps, steps and ramp). This code is not applicable to the acceptance of construction quality of building ground with such special requirements as superclean, shielding, insulation, radiation-proof and corrosion-proof.
1.0.3 The requirements for construction quality specified in the contracts, design documents and other engineering documents adopted in the process of building ground construction must not be lower than those in this code.
1.0.4 This code shall be used with the current national standard "Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" GB 50300.
1.0.5 The acceptance of construction quality of building ground shall not only comply with this code, but also shall meet those specified in the relevant current standards of the state.
