Introduction of NB/T 47065.3-2018

NB/T 47065-2018 consists of the following five parts under the general title Vessel support: ——Part 1: Saddle support (NB/T 47065.1-2018); ——Part 2: Leg support (NB/T 47065.2-2018); ——Part 3: Lug support (NB/T 47065.3-2018); ——Part 4: Bracket support (NB/T 47065.4-2018); ——Part 5: Support lugs with rigid rings (NB/T 47065.5-2018). This is Part 3 "Lug support" of NB/T 47065-2018. Vessel support - Part 3: Lug support 1 Scope 1.1 This part specifies the structural types, series parameters and dimensions, materials, designations, manufacturing technical requirements, and selection instructions for lug supports. 1.2 This part is applicable to: a) Vertical cylindrical vessels with a nominal diameter of not greater than 4,000mm; b) Vessels with an allowable service temperature range of -100℃ to 300℃. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Generally, it shall be equal to the thickness of the cylinder, but the thickness may also be increased according to actual needs. 6 Designations 6.1 Designation methods Note 1: If the backing plate thickness δ3 is different from some dimensions, it shall be noted in the part name or remarks column of the equipment drawing. Note 2: The materials of support and backing plate shall be noted in the material column of the equipment drawing, with the notation method as follows: support material/backing plate material. 6.2 Designation examples Example 1: Type A, No.3 lug support, with support material Q235B and backing plate material Q245R: NB/T 47065.3-2018, lug support A3-I
