1 Subject Content and Application Scope
This standard specifies classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for spray paint layer on the surface of leather hardware accessories (hereinafter referred to as spray layer).
This standard is applicable to spray plastic layer (hereinafter referred to as plastic layer) and spray paint layer (hereinafter referred to as paint layer) of various leather hardware accessories; to other organic covering layers of leather hardware accessory, this standard also may be applicable.
