1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of laptop bag.
This standard is applicable to bags, pockets and sleeves mainly used for storing laptops, tablet PCs and fittings.

3 Product Classification
3.1 Classified according to surface material:
a) Leather laptop bag (sleeve);
b) Artificial leather/synthetic leather laptop bag (sleeve);
c) Reclaimed leather laptop bag (sleeve);
d) Textile fabric laptop bag (sleeve);
e) Laptop bags (sleeves) of various fabrics;
f) Laptop bags (sleeves) of other materials.
3.2 Classified according to product structure:
a) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various shoulder straps;
b) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various handles;
c) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various shoulder straps and handles;
d) Bags, sleeves and pockets of other structures.
4 Requirements
4.1 Materials and fittings
Selected according to relevant product standards.
4.1.1 Limit of harmful substance
Limit of harmful substance in leather, reclaimed leather and textile materials shall meet the requirements of Table 1, GB 20400-2006; the limit of harmful substance in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather shall meet the requirements of GB 21550-2008; the limit of harmful substances in adhesive used for cases and bags shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

4.1.2 Locks
Locks shall meet the requirements of QB/T 1586.1 or relevant product standards.
4.1.3 Hardware fittings
Hardware fittings shall meet the requirements of QB/T 2002.1 and QB/T 2002.2.
4.2 Specification
Product specification shall meet the design requirements; the permissible deviation of bag products is ±10mm while that of tablet PC sleeve products is ±5mm.
Note: the longest distance of the contour length of the main product structure is the product specification.
4.3 Appearance quality
Appearance quality shall meet the requirements of Table 3.

——"splitting" font style shall be indicated for split leather material;
——for composite material made of various components, where the substrate thickness of leather is not greater than 2/3 of the total thickness, "leather" shall not be indicated.

4.1 Materials and fittings

4.1.1 Limit of harmful substance
Limit of harmful substance in leather, reclaimed leather and textile materials shall meet the requirements of Table 1, GB 20400-2006; the limit of harmful substance in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather shall meet the requirements of GB 21550-2008; the limit of harmful substances in adhesive used for cases and bags shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
