3.1
electronic thermostatic shower system
shower system with sensor, CPU and electric valve controlling the inflow of cold water and hot water
3.2
slide bar
device consisting of upper and lower supporting seats, mobile frame and bar, of which the upper and lower supporting seats are used for fixing the bar, the mobile frame is used for placing the shower with hose, and the mobile frame can slide up and down to adjust the height position
3.3
upstream of obturator
section from the water inlet to the flow opening and closing obturator
3.4
downstream of obturator
section from the flow opening and closing obturator to the end of the water outlet
3.5
temperature overide stops
device for limiting the temperature-adjusting device to continue to rotate or move in the direction of increasing temperature
3.6
fidelity
reproducibility and accuracy of temperature selection
4 Classification
According to the control mode, it can be divided into mechanical type and electronic type.
5 Working conditions
5.1 Working pressure
0.10 MPa~0.50 MPa, a relief valve shall be installed if the water pressure exceeds 0.50 MPa.
5.2 Medium temperature
The cold water temperature is 4℃~29℃, and the hot water temperature is 45℃~85℃. It is recommended that the hot water temperature in normal conditions should be 50 ℃~75 ℃.
5.3 Ambient humidity
The relative humidity (RH) in the environment where the electronic thermostatic shower system used is less than or equal to 93%.
6 Materials
6.1 The components in contact with water shall not be made of materials liable to corrosion such as zinc alloy.
6.2 The cast copper shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1176 and the processing copper shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5231.
6.3 Stainless steel shall be of 06Cr19Ni10 specified in GB/T 20878-2007 or other stainless steels with the corrosion resistance not inferior to that of the above grade.
6.4 Other materials shall meet the requirements of service performance.
7 Requirements
7.1 Appearance
7.1.1 The plating surface shall be glossy, uniform and free from such defects as peeling, cracking, scorching, grinning, delamination, black dot and obvious pits and burrs.
7.1.2 The coating surface shall have fine tissue, be smooth and uniform in color and shall be free from defects such as sagging, grinning and obvious scratch and bump.
7.1.3 The polished surface shall be smooth, and free from defects such as obvious burr, scratch and bump.
