This standard is applicable to washing motors for automobile windshield (hereinafter referred to as motor). The motor consists of a short-term duty DC motor and a washing pump. The motor consists of two structures: Type A motor is installed on the storage tank; Type B motor is installed separately from the storage tank.
This standard is also applicable to motors used in hot and humid areas.
1 Technical requirements
1.1 The motor shall comply with the requirements of this standard, as well as those specified in QC/T 413-1999 Basic technical conditions for automotive electrical equipment, JB 3921.1-1985 Technical conditions for automotive windshield electric washers and JB 3921.2-1985 Test methods for automotive windshield electric washers. It shall be manufactured according to the drawing and design documents approved through established procedure.
