1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, storage and preservation of blower of air conditioner for motor vehicles (evaporator blower, condenser blower).
This Standard is applicable to the blowers driving load to exhaust heat or remit cold air on air conditioning apparatus of automobile.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 Rated current
The current of evaporator blower or condenser blower under the state of rated voltage, rated load and free ventilation.
3.2 Rated speed
The rotation speed of evaporator blower or condenser blower under the state of rated voltage, rated load and free ventilation
3.3 Pressure difference
The difference between static pressure static pressure at air inlet and total pressure at air outlet of evaporator blower or condenser blower
3.4 Flowrate
Flow of air volume of evaporator blower or condenser blower under pressure difference in per unit time .
3.5 Compressor blower and fan
The air driving assembly comprising of motor, fan blade and enclosure.
3.6 Evaporator blower
The fan driving fan blade to remit cold air of evaporator on automobile air conditioning apparatus.
3.7 Condenser blower
The fan driving fan blade to remit heat from condenser on automobile air conditioning apparatus
4 Requirements
4.1 General requirements for compressor blower and fan
4.1.1 General requirements for compressor blower and fan:
Compressor blower and fan shall meet requirements of this Standard, and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by specified procedures. The appearance, mounting dimension and marking of the compressor blower and fan shall meet the requirements of product drawing.
4.1.2 Normal working environment conditions of compressor blower and fan:
Normal working environment conditions of compressor blower and fan shall meet the requirements of 3.1.2 in QC/T 413-2002.
4.1.3 Operating ambient temperature range of compressor blower and fan:
4.1.3.1 Operating ambient temperature range of evaporator blower: -40 ~70℃.
4.1.3.2 Operating ambient temperature range of condenser blower: -40 ~85℃.
4.2 Fundamental performance parameter of compressor blower and fan
4.2.1 The following shall be specified in the product specifications of compressor blower and fan:
a) Rated current and rated speed;
