1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, pre-riveting technical requirements, technical requirements and riveting quality inspection of riveting process for railway vehicle.
This standard is applicable to the riveting process of railway vehicle in adoption of common rivets and lockbolt; in case of other types of rivets, it may also be referred to for reference.

a fastened connection mode to tightly couple the rivet and collar by pressing the collar into the circular locking groove of the rivet

lockbolt
the assembly of rivet and collars, which is obtained by pull-riveting
