Standard specification for stainless steel rope wire
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product marking, product certificate, packaging, transportation and storage of stainless steel rope wire.
This standard is applicable to all kinds of round stainless steel wires (hereinafter referred to as "steel wire") for fabrication of stainless steel ropes (including steel strands).

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product marking, product certificate, packaging, transportation and storage of stainless steel rope wire.
