Sealed iron-nickel-cobalt alloys with permanent expansion
1 Scope
This standard specifies the order contents, classification and designation, dimensions, shapes, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, as well as packaging, and marking and quality certification of glass sealed iron-nickel-cobalt alloys 4J29 and 4J44 and ceramic sealed alloys 4J33, 4J34 and 4J46.
This standard is mainly applicable to sealed iron-nickel-cobalt alloys with permanent expansion matched with hard glass or ceramics in electric vacuum, semiconductor industry and other application environments.
