1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 223 specifies the gas-volumetric method after combustion in the pipe furnace for the determination of carbon content.
This Part is applicable to the determination of carbon content in steel, iron, high temperature alloy and precious alloy with the mass fraction being 0.10%~2.00%.
